Notice to all 2023 Graduands

  1. GRADUATION DATE

The University would like to advise ALL 2023 Graduands that the 22ND  Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 13th October 2023 at the Faculty of Science Education Complex graduation arena starting at 0830 hours.

  1. GRADUATION FEES INCLUDING REGALIA

Master’s Programme One hundred and twenty United States Dollars (US$120)
Doctorate Programme

One hundred and twenty United States Dollars (US$120)

NB: This amount covers graduation fees only. Doctorate graduands are required to purchase own regalia)

  1. ACADEMIC FEES CLEARANCE

The Graduands who do not clear fees balances and pay the Graduation Fee including regalia, will not be allowed to attend the Graduation Ceremony. They shall also not be able to collect their transcript and degree certificate.

  1. ADMISSION TO THE GRADUATION VENUE

Admission to the Graduation venue shall be strictly through Graduation Invitation Cards. The Invitation Cards shall be issued to Graduands and guests, and these shall be given to graduands on the 12th of October 2023 at the respective Faculty offices.

  1. REHEARSALS

Rehearsals shall take place on Thursday, 12th October 2023 at the Faculty of Science Education Complex graduation arena starting at 1400 hours.  Graduands are advised that participation is COMPULSORY.

  1. COLLECTION OF TRANSCRIPTS AND CERTIFICATES

Graduands are encouraged to clear outstanding fees and to pay graduation fees as stated in point 2 above by Friday 6 October 2023. Certificates and transcripts will be collected after the ceremony.
