Bursar: Mr S.S Chaurura

Mr. Chaurura is a Registered Public Accountant, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a Certified Internal Controls Specialist and was appointed in May 2022 to the role of Bursar where he serves as the Chief Finance Officer. He has extensive financial management experience having worked with diverse private and public institutions that include Tetrad Holdings (2007-2011), First Mutual Life Assurance Company (2011-2013), Old Mutual Zimbabwe (2013 to 2018) and Midlands State University (2018 to 2022). Mr. Chaurura has also worked as a Part-Time Lecturer in Financial Management at the Midlands State University (2018 -2021). He is a holder of a Bachelors of Accountancy (Honors) Degree, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business and a Masters of Commerce in Strategic Management & Corporate Governance. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ) and the Zimbabwe Institute of Management.
