ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for normal entry into the Master of Commerce Degree in Human Capital Management at Bindura University of Science Education, Prospective students, in addition to satisfying the minimum conditions prescribed under the General regulations must:
Have a good first degree or equivalent with a pass level of 2.2 or better in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Psychology, Sociology or any other relevant qualification.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Our graduates will be Human Capital Management specialists who can pursue careers in human capital management in the following capacities: Human Capital Executive, Human Capital Manager, Training Manager,
Industrial Relations Specialist, Academic, Human Capital Consultant. More ambitious students who fancy a career in the academia will be able to pursue doctoral studies in related fields.
