Please be advised that clearance and collection of Certificates and Academic Transcripts will close on Friday, 4 September 2026.
Graduands who complete their clearance with the University after Friday, 4 September 2026 will collect their Certificates and Academic Transcripts on the day of the Graduation Ceremony.
Graduands are therefore encouraged to complete the clearance process before the stated deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
