APPROVED DEGREE PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Ms Chisango is working with colleagues in the Department of Human Resource Management to obtain approval for the department’s planned Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce in Digital Human Resource Management and Master of Commerce in Organisation Development degree programmes.
DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES
Ms Chisango is involved in various departmental activities, including, among others:
- Teaching first-, second- and fourth-year undergraduate students;
- Coordinating Short courses
- Planning international conferences
- Conducting academic research;
- Participating in various departmental meetings;
- Participating in the preparations of events involving the department (e.g., organising open day presentations, guest lectures, etc.); and
- Participating in academic innovation projects.
