The University wishes to inform its esteemed students that we are now receiving applications for on-campus accommodation for the February-June 2026 semester. All students are advised to apply. The application window shall be open from 11 February 2026 to 18 February 2026. Due to limited on-campus accommodation, allocation is done on first come/apply first serve basis with first priority being given to Part 1 students and students with special needs.
Students with special needs are encouraged to submit their applications promptly.
In order to be considered for on-campus accommodation, applicants should have paid the semester fees in full.
Accommodation fee is paid only by students whose applications were successful
Students on scholarships should encourage their sponsors to contact the Student Financial Aid Officer as soon as possible on 077 336 3456.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Submit your application together with the proof of payment (pop) (preferably PDF format) of the semester fees to: accommodation@buse.ac.zw
You should also clearly indicate the following in your application letter:
- Name
- Gender
- Level
- Program and Registration Number
- Special need(s) [If applicable] (Attach proof)
List of students offered on-campus accommodation shall be posted on the BUSE website by 18 February 2026. Successful students must pay accommodation fees by 1 March 2026 or the accommodation will be forfeited and allocated to another.
