Registration Procedure

Delegates will be requested to fill in electronic registration forms after acceptance of their abstracts at https://forms.office.com/r/rKTpa36s1a  

An invoice will be created and sent to individual delegates with personal details, registration amount and banking details. It is only after this process that delegates will be able to deposit registration fee into the University account that will be provided for that purpose

Research Fair

The symposium will provide a platform for researchers, scientists, students and innovators to showcase their projects, findings and innovations to a broader audience. The fair will feature interactive exhibits, poster presentations and demonstrations. Participants can set up displays showcasing their research projects, experiments, prototypes or innovations. Each exhibitor will present their work through posters, models, interactive demos or multimedia presentations. The research symposium fair will feature exhibits from industry partners, sponsors or organizations supporting research and innovation. These exhibits may showcase products, technologies, services or initiatives relevant to the research community. Virtual components may also be incorporated to accommodate remote participation and engagement. Virtual platforms may include virtual exhibition halls, poster galleries and online presentations.

Judging and awards: The research fair will include judging panels to recognize outstanding projects or contributions. Judges will evaluate participants based on criteria such as innovation, scientific rigor, presentation quality and potential impact. Winners will receive awards, certificates or prizes.
