Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services in partnership with Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) held a workshop which sought to educate senior management from different government agencies and corporate organisations on change management, corporate governance, decision making, management of information, cyber security and the best ways to deal with stress and adapting to the Covid-19 induced ‘new normal.’
The three-day workshopwas held from the 22nd of March to the 24th of March and aimed to empower and educate leaders and managers of various organizations who included the Zimbabwe Republic Police, army officials and banks’ senior managementto always keep abreast with current affairs and to create a strong, refined, professional and competent management team.
Various BUSE experts from the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, Department of Information Technology, Department of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Commerce facilitated the discussion.
ZPCS provincial Chaplin Mr Katsvairo thanked BUSE for bringing the much needed skills and insight into their every changing environment.

A total of 85 participants received certificates for attending the workshop. This initiative is in line with Education 5.0 which seeks to strengthen community engagement by the university academic society.
